Binh Dinh province issued a decision approving the compensation value for land and plants within the Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park in Van Canh district with the amount of more than 233 billion VND.
According to the representative of Becamex Binh Dinh JSC, the infrastructure of Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park has gradually been completed, of which, 210 hectares are eligible for secondary investors to receive the site for project implementation.

Mr. Dang Van Viet, deputy head of Binh Dinh province’s Site Clearance Department, said that, so far, 98.04% of the planned land area for the industrial park and 95.79% of the planned land area for construction of workers’ housing, commercial and service zones, and resettlement areas… had been completely inventoried, of which, 642.1 hectares of land had been handed over to the Management Board of the Provincial Economic Zone and Becamex Binh Dinh JSC for management and project implementation.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Lang, General Director of the Company, currently, Becamex Binh Dinh JSC has been investing in building technical infrastructure, housing for workers, commercial and service zones, and resettlement areas on the allocated areas.
Out of 210 hectares of land in the industrial park, whose technical infrastructure has basically been completed and qualified for secondary investors to receive project construction sites, 12 hectares have been handed over to Kurz Group (Federal Republic of Germany).
The Hiep Vinh 1A resettlement – residential area and the rows of houses for workers in the industrial park have also been basically completed, meeting the conditions of land allocation for people and workers to live and work in the industrial park in the second quarter of 2022.
Leaders of Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board also said that besides Kurz Group investing in Becamex-VSIP Industrial Park, there were 3 other “enterprises” coming to learn, select the premises, and prepare to register to invest in implementing projects. In the first quarter of 2022, Kurz Group will also complete the necessary procedures to start the construction of a high-tech emulsion and thin-film factory.
The Site Clearance Board of Binh Dinh province said that compensation and support for land and crops on an area of 642.1 hectares had been paid with an amount of over VND 198 billion. Compensation and support for organizations and households with land and plants within the scope of the Industrial Park have been done openly and transparently.
In the coming time, the unit will continue to coordinate with Canh Vinh Commune People’s Committee, Becamex Binh Dinh JSC to propagate and mobilize households to register to receive compensation and support, and hand over the sites in line with the compensation and support plans approved by the Provincial People’s Committee.
